his undivided one-half interest in and to the following pieces or par-

any, situate at or near Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York:
Parcel 1. Bounded on the East by land of Frank P. Rink and Lillian R.
Hollmann; on the North by the Long Island Sound; on the West by land
of George P. Lederle; and on the South by the North Road; said parcel
measuring 100 feet along North Road, the westerly line being 1000 feet
east from the easterly line of land formerly of William Arnott, as
measured along the northerly line of North Road, the easterly and wes-
terly lines of the above premises being parallel to each other and als
parallel to the easterly line formerly of William Arnott; the above
described parcel consisting of Lots 21 and 22 as shown on an unfiled
map of Sound Shore Property of Young and Talmage made by Otto W. Van
Tu 11 L.S. of Greenport, New York, on April 11, 1925> amended July 14,

North by Long Island Sound; on the West by land of Frank P. Rink and
Lillian R. Hollmann; and on the South by the North Road; said parcel
measuring approximately 440 feet along North Road, the westerly line
being 1200 feet east from the easterly line of land formerly of
William Arnott, and the easterly line being 1151.89 feet west from
the westerly line of land formerly of A. M. Tasker, both of said dis-
tances being measured along the northerly line of North Road, as
shown on an unfiled map of Sound Shore Property of Young and Talmage
made by Otto W. VanTuyl, L.S. of Greenport, New York, on April 11,
