that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being near the
.Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of ?Jew York, bounded and described as follows:
�I Beginning at a point on the Easterly line or side of Bailey Avenue
where the Southerly line of land now or formerly of Leonard G. and !
Fannie S. Krancher intersects the said Easterly line of Bailey Avenue,
running thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Bailey Avenue a
distance of sixty (60) feet to land of Jesse Mansell, running thence
Easterly along the Northerly line of land of Jesse Mansell a distance
of one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to a certain right of
way, running thence Northerly along said right of way a distance of
sixty (60) feet, more or less, to the Southerly line of land now or
formerly of Leonard Ge and Fannie S. Krancher, running thence in a
Westerly direction along last mentioned land one hundred forty (140)
feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
Together with a right of way to said premises of a certain right of way
as now laid out running from the North Road to and by the rear of said
premises, and together with all of the right, title and interest of the
party of the first part of in and to so much of Bailey Avenue as adjoins
said premises on the West.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part and another by two deeds: One from Charles G. Bailey and
Clara E. Bailey dated September 9, 1927s and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on September 16, 1927 in Liber 1294 of Deeds at
Page 490, and the other from Estelle B. Dearborn dated November 4, 1927,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 7, 1927
in Liber 134 of Deeds at Page 399. -
