WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable cos-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as and by the lots numbered 104, 105 and
106 on a certain map entitled, ttdmended "Map e:, Peconic Buy Estates",
and filed in the OfAce of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May
17, 1933 as map ;f1124.

and are the same premises conveyed to one of the grantors herein

Cffice in liber 4511 ep 399 on 9/9/58; the other grantor, Rose M.
Jagel, died under date of 12/6/65.
