land now or formerly of Davids; thence along said last mentioned land and
land of others and through 3 monuments South 33 degrees 37 minutes 20
seconds East 343.07 feet to land now or formerly of Flatley; thence along
said last mentioned land and land of others South 74 degrees 33 minutes

last mentioned land 167.24 feet to a monument; thence still along said

erly side of Main Street; thence along the easterly side of.Main Street
the following 2 courses and distances:
(1) North 25 degrees 25 minutes 20-seconds West 236.36 feet,
(2) North 19 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds East 109.04 feet to the
southerly side of Worth Road to the corner aforesaid, to the point or
place of Beginning.
Said premises being the same premises as conveyed to grantor herein by

Brown and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
May 2, 1944, in Deed Liber 2307 page 304, and by deed dated November 9,
1944, from Addie Begley and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County November 20, 1944, in Deed Liber 2406 page 92 and the grantor here-
in is the same as the grantee in tiie aforementioned deeds.
This deed is being executed with the consent of all of the stockholders
of the party of the first part and upon the written directive of all of
the directors of the grantor herein.
Part of the consideration for transferring title herein is a purchase
money mortgage in the sum of $65,000.00 bearing even date herewith and it
isthe intent of the parties that said purchase money mortgage and this
deed be recorded simultaneously.
