State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Sunset Lane distance

running thence from said point of beginning and along lands of Richter
south 620 21' 30" west 121.26 feet to a monument;
running thence along easterly side of lots 32 and 31 of Map of Eastern
Shores Section 1, filed No. 4021, north 250 19' 50" west 75.06 feet to a
monument and land of Young;
running thence along land of Young, north 620 21' 30" east 118.23 feet
to a monument and the westerly side of Sunset Lane;
_ running thence along said westerly side of Sunset Lane, south 870 38'
30" east 75 feet to a monument and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE those premises conveyed to party of first
part by deed from Joseph J. Slawski and wife, dated February 17, 1954 and
recorded February 18, 1954 in Liber 3653 c/p 389.
