being and situate near Greenport, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, and being more fully described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of North Road at the
southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and at the south-
easterly norner of land of Emma F. Horton; running thence along said
land of Emma F. Horton, north 43 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds west
475 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island
Sound, thence running northeasterly along said ordinary high water mark
of Long Island Sound, 100 feet to land of I. P. Terry; thence along said
land of 1. P. Terry south 41 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds east 465 feet,
more or less, to said northerly line of North Road; thence running along
said northerly line of North Road south 56 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds
west 60 feet to the point and place of beginning.
