Robinson, running thence in a,southerly direction along the easterly line of Bailey Avenue a dis- tance of 50 feet; running thence easterly and parallel with the southerly line of land now or formerly of William G. Robinson to a certain right of way; running thence northerly along said right of way a distance of 50 feet to land now or formerly of William G. Robinson; running thence westerly along the southerly line of land now or formerly of William G. Robinson to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way as same is now laid out over land now or formerly of Tyrer to and by the rear of said premises from the North Road to Champlin Place. Together with all the right, title and interest of, in and to such portion of Bailey Avenue as adjoins said premises on the west of the center line thereof. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Fredulse and others to Frederick E.
