veyed by Constance Helinski to Edward Helinski and Clara Helinski,
his wife, by deed dated April 28, 1961 and recorded May 2, 1961

near the Village of Greenport'in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk. and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where marked by a monument on the nor-
therly line of Champlin Place where said highway is intersected;

running thence along said line to a monument set at the northwes-
terly corner of land of Edward and Clara Helinski; running thence
