and running along other land formerly of Clarence C.Roach"and wife S. 50 39' 20'-
W. ninety-four and twenty-six one-hundredths (94.26) feet, thence along other land
formerly of Clarence Cr Roach and wifeS. 890 53' 40"W. forty-six and ninety-seven
one-hundredths (46.97) feet to land of Steinmetz, thence along said land of
Steinmetz N. 3Q 45' 00" E. ninety-eight (98) feet to said southerly line of said
twenty foot private road, thence along said southerly line of said twenty foot private
road S. 850 31' 40"E. fifty (50) feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over said twenty (20) foot private road from the

feet to said Silvermere Road.

23rd, 1951 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on Ocotber 25th, 1951 in
