by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp, and J.M.S. Land & Development
Corp, to Eastern Shores, Inc. dated March 17, 1965 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 18, 1965 in Liber
5716 at page 16 and together with access thereto from the pre-
mises herein described over Sound Drive. Together with a right
of way for ingress and egress to Middle Road over the roads shown
on the Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section II.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions shown on list attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made in the regular course of business actually
