_ ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being inAx or near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Middle Road
(C.R. 27) (North Road) where the same is intersected by the easterly
side of land now or formerly of Arthur E. and Ingabord Ebeling and
from said point of beginning running thence along said land andland
now or formerly of Speeches the following courses and distances:
(1) North 10 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds West 316.09 feet;
(2) North 4 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East 305.85 feet;
(3) North 3 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West 146.74 feet; running
;�. thence North 69 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East 1163.16 feet to
land now or formerly of Monroe S. Burt; running thence along said
land South 14 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds East 708.54 feet to the
northwesterly side of said Middle Road; running thence along the
northwesterly side of said Middle Road the following courses and
distances:
(1) South 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds West 836.70 feet;
(2) South 66 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds West 480.94 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
This conveyance is subject to a mortgage made by the grantor.
herein to The North Fork Bank and Trust Company at Mattituck, New
York, dated December 20, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County -
Clerk's Office on December 27, 1963 in Liber 4278, mp 408, in the
original amount of $18,875.00, the present remaining balance also
being $18,875.00.
The grantee herein hereby promises to assume and pay the said
mortgage balance and interest and executes this instrument for this
purpose.
