westerly line and its extension northerly from the extension easterly of the
southerly line of Washington Avenue, said point of beginning being the south-
easterly corner of land of Paul Corwin; from said point of beginning running
along said westerly line of said proposed 50 foot highway, S. 160 O1' 50" W. -
110.0 feet; thence along land of the party of the first part, S. 730 581 10" W -
117.98 feet to land of the Village of Greenport; thence along said land of the
Village of Greenport and along land of Nelsen, N. 160 011 50" W. - 110.0 feet
to an iron pipe and said land of Corwin; thence along said land of Corwin,
N. 730 581 10"E. - 117.98 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a wa right of said

Before any structures are erected, the plans and specifications
shall be approved by party of the first part.
