GOGERTY, his wife, both residing a L oo Avenue, Seaford, L.I., New York, as tenanta by the entirety, party of the second part, pne I WUNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Wdollmilutid by the party of the second (part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, All that plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Arshamomoque in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, to wit:- Lot Number twenty-six (26) as same are designated and appear on a certain Map entitled "Revised Map of Paeonic Bay Estateatt which said Map was made by Otto W, Ven Tuyl, engineer. and surveyor of Greenport, Now York, and Is on file in the office of the Clark of the County of Suffolk, State of New York, BEING AND INTENDED TO HE the same premises conveyed by Kerwin & Kerwin, Ino. to Faye C. Hortoh by Deed dated May 6th 1930, recorded. in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 26th 1930 in Liber 2480 of Deeds at Page 587, and t hie conveyance is subject to all con- ditions, restrictions, covenants and easements contained or referred to therein and subject to all restrictions, covenants, easements and conditions affecting said premises contained in any prior Deeds of record affecting the said premises. This deed is given for the purpose of correcting an error in the name of the.grantee JOSEPH H. GOGERTY in deed from the party of the first part hereto to the grantees, executed, acknowledged and delivered on the 24th day of June, 1954 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Libor 3736 of deeds at page 378 on the 5th day of August, 1954.
