of my right,title and interest in two parcels of real property describ-
ed as follows: Parcel No. 1- All that certain plot, piece or parcel o
land with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lyinc and
being north of the village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
Commencing at a certain monument situate on .the sn;th side o. the Now
Road or Champlain Place two hundred one (201) feet and lour (T) inches
westerly of the southwest corner of the New Road or Champlain Place and
Atlantic Avenge; running thence easterly along the southerly side of th
New Road one hundred one (101) feet and four (4) inches to land of
Charles G. Bailey; thence southerly along the westerly line of said
Bailey's land to the northerly line of land of Frank Peterson; thence
westerly along land of said Peterson and one Hannibal seventy-nine (79)
feet and six (6) inches; thence in a northwesterly direction seventy-
seven (77) feet to a monument on the southerly line of the flew Road
to the point or place of beginning.
Parcel No. 2 - All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the Village of Greenport, Torn of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and distinguished on a certain map filed
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk entitled "@:lap of
Property of John G. Champlintt`as and by lots numbers fifteen (15) and
Sixteen (16) said lots when taken together being bounded with reference

to said map as follows: Northerly by Champlin Place, so-called,
sixty-two (02) feet more or less, Easterly by land now or formerly
of Gilbert Verity and wife, Southerly by lend formerly of 'William ' I
Rodman Pell, deceased, and land now or .formerly owned or occupied by I'
George Hannibal, ninety-five (95) feet, more or less, and hosterly
by Lot Number fourteen (14) on said map.
