parcel of land with the buildings thereon erected or to be erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, and shown and designated on a map entitled "Map of
Fleetfield", Town of Southold, as and by the number 8, Section 2, which
said map is filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
as and by #1351, on the 6th day of February, 1942.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated July 9, 1948 and recorded in the Suffol
County Clerk's Office in Liber 2846 of Deeds at Page 295•
EXCEPTING AND RECERVING therefrom unto the party of the first
part for her own use during the term of her natural life an apartment
located on the second floor of the dwelling house erected on the
premises herein conveyed, which said anartme nt consists Of two rooms
and bath, it being understood that the party of the first part shall
be supplied with heat, light and water, from the existing facilities,
or any alteration, improvement or replacement thereof.
