lawful money of the United States, and other valuable considerations
paid by the part y of the second part do es hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever,
ALLthat tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Greenport, in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stateof New York, being Lots
Numbers fifty (50), fifty-one ($1) and fifty-two ($2) on certain map
or survey of property formerly of John G. Champlin, filed in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 23rd day of October, 1873, which
lots are bounded on the North by Knapp Place; on the East by land former-
ly of Charles G. Bailey; on the South by land formerly of Osmun W, Young
and on the West by land formerly of Carrie L. Pratt; being about ninety-
nine (991) feet in width in Front on Knapp Place, one hundred five feet
in width inrear and one hundred forty-eight and one-half (14811) feet in
depth, be the said dimensions more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises an undivided one-
half interest of the party of the second part wherein was conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated October 14, 1949 and recorded in
I', Ithe Suff-lk County Clerk's office on October 18, 1949 in Liber 3006 of
Deeds at Page 48$,
