showing subdivision of property known as Summer Haven belonging to
William G. Herx, near Southold, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed
December 4, 1931 by L. Wendell Squire, E.E., ' and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July ' , 1933 as Map No. 1133•
Subject to all restrictions and covenants of record if any.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest of the party of the
