BEGINNING at a locust post monument set on the easterly line
of the Town Highway known as Bay Road at the southwesterly corner of
land of Eugene L. Spalinger and wife, running thence easterly,at an
angle of 90 deg. to said road line along the southerly line of said
Spalinger and through a locust post monument to the existing high water
line of Gull Pond Inlet, or of Marion or Gardiner's Bay as may be
considered the fact at present, thence southerly along the existing high
water line to a point which, measured fifty feet from the said southerly
line of Spalinger at an-angle of 90 deg, therefrom, is the southeasterly
corner of the land herein to be conveyed;. thence running westerly on a
