BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the easterly line of Shore Drive,

easterly line from a concbete monument set at the northwesterly corner

easterly line of Shore Drive, N. 6 deg. 191 20" E.- sixty and forty-three
hundredths (60.43) feet to an iron pipe; 'thence on a line at right angle.-,'

S. 83 deg. 401 40" E.-one hundred twenty-five andno tenths (125.0) feet
