east of the Village of Greenport in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly line of a
new road, fifty (50) feet in width, to be known as Inlet Lane, said
monument being four hundred (400) feet southerly along said westerly
line of said Inlet Lane from the point of intersection of said west-
erly line with the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue; running thence
westerly at an angle of ninety degrees (900) with said westerly line
of Inlet Lane and parallel with said southerly line of Manhanset
Avenue one hundred (100) feet to a concrete monument; running thence
southerly at an angle of ninety degrees (900) with said last men-
tioned line and parallel with said westerly line of Inlet Lane twenty-
five feet (25) to a point; running thence easterly at an angle of
ninety degrees (900) with said twenty-five foot line and parallel with
the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue one hundred (100) feet to a
point on the westerly line of Inlet Lane; running thence northerly
along the westerly line of Inlet Lane twenty-five (25) feet to a con-
crete monument, being the point and place of beginning.
