lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable considerations
paid by the part y of the second part,do as hereby drant and release unto the
part y of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever,all
that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the buildings and
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the village of
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Now York,
bounded and described as follows:- Lots numbers 18, 19, 20 and
21 as shown on leap of premises of S. Duel Corwin, Greenport, New York
made Tune 13th 1883, by J. Wickham Case, Surveyor.
The aforesaid lots, when taken together, are bounded and des-
cribed as follows: Northerly by Corwin Street; easterly by Lot No.
22 as shown on said hap; southerly by land of Long Island Railroad
Company and westerly by Ninth Street.
