Duel Corwin, Greenport, New York made Tune 13th 1883, by J. Wickham Case, Surveyor. The aforesaid lots, when taken together, are bounded and des- cribed as follows: Northerly by Corwin Street; easterly by Lot No. 22 as shown on said hap; southerly by land of Long Island Railroad Company and westerly by Ninth Street.
