Terry), as Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Fred Jetter, deceased, late of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part, and ALBERT BONKOSKI, residing at Orient, Suffolk County, Naw York, Darty of the second part, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, by an order of Hon. Fred J. Munder, County Judge and Acting Surrogate of the County of Suffolk, made and entered in the Surrogate's C£fice of the County of Suffolk on the 20th day of February, 1956, in a certain proceeding then nending entitled "In the Matter of the Final Judicial Settle- _ ment of the Account of Proceedings of Carl F. Berger, Public Administrator of Suffolk County (successor to Ellis T. Terry), as Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Fred Setter, deceased, and the application of said Administrator Por an order to sell the real property of the decedent for the payment of said decedent's debts and funeral and adminis- tration expenses", the party of the first part hereto was ordered and directed to sell the premises herein described at public auction on March 3, 1956, for the purpose of payment o said decedent's debts and funeral and administration expenses and MJEREAS, said auction was held on March 3, 1956, and the party of the second part bid Four Thousand One Hundre and 00/100 Dollars (14,100.00) thereat, said amount being the highest sum bid, NC'no, TH,EREFCRE, by virtue of the authority in him vested by the said proceeding and order of the Surrogate's O Ourt of Suffolk County, and in consideration of the sum of j - E Four Thousand Cho hundred and 00/100 Dollars 04,100.00) to j him. in hand Paid by the party of the second Dart, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part a Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Fred Jetter, deceased, does hereby grant and release unto the Harty of the second Part; his heirs and assigns forever: ALIthat certain piece or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate at Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: COYTIENCING at a point on the Northerly side of Knapp Place at the Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Annie Kaye, running thence D'ortherly along the Easterly line of said land now or formerly of Annie Kaye to land now or formerly of Clarence C. Niles, thence easterly along the Southerly line of said land now or formerly of Clarence C. Niles a distance of 36 - feet, and thence Southerly to a point on the Northerly side of Knapp °lace distant 40 'feet Easterly of the Point or place of beginning, thence Westerly along the Northerly side of Knaep Place 40 feet to the point or place of -- beginning.
