on the southwesterly line of a proposed highway to be known as Sunset
Drive, where the said proposed road is intersected by the southerly
line of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to Richard W.
Miller and Louise Miller, his wife; running thence in a general
easterly direction along the southerly line of land of said Miller,
one hundred five (105) feet to the southwest corner of land conveyed
by the parties of the first part to Vincent and Irene Romei; running
thence in a general southerly direction and parallel with the east-
erly line of said proposed road, seventy-five (75) feet; running
thence in a general westerly direction and parallel with the southerl
line of Miller, one hundred five (105) feet to the easterly line of
said proposed road; running thence in a general northerly direction
along the easterly line of said proposed road, seventy-five (75) feet
to the point or place of beginning. _
