ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the buildings
and improvements erected thereon, situate, lying and being at Arshamomague
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and
bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of the premises about to be
descrioed at a point on the northerly side of Kings Highway at a cement
monument, which point is six hundred (6001) feet east of the intersection
of land now or formerly belonging to henry Talmadge and Chauncey Young on
the east and '4illiam Arnott on the west; from thence running westerly by
and with the northerly side of Kings Highway a distance of fifty (501)
feet; thence running'northerly at right angles to Kings Highway to Long
Island Sound; thence running easterly by and with Long Island Sound a
distance of fifty (501 ) feet; thence running southerly by land now or
formerly of Francisco to Kings highway to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Ada M, Hagemeyer by deed dated May 19, 1952 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 26, 1952 in Liber
3357 of Deeds at page 307.
