described as follows:
Parcel I: beginning at a concrete monument marking the southeasterly
terminus of the northeasterly line of Bayview Avenue and the southwes -
erly corner of lot 64 as shown on a certain map entitled, 'Rdap Show-
ing Subdivision of Property known as Summerhaven, Belonging to 'lil-
liam G. Herx, near Southold, Suffolk County, New Yorks, filed in the
office of the clerk of tt:e County of SuffolkJuly 5, 1933, as map
1133, and running thence along the southeasterly line of said lot 64
north 52030' east, 150 feet to a concrete monument; thence south 24-
421 57" east, 82,03 feet along land now or formerly of Tillinghast
Estate to an iron pipe; thence south 52030^ west, 131.85 feet to an
iron pipe; thence north 37°30' west, 80 feet to a concrete monument
and the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way, which may now or subsequently be
in common with others, for purposes of ingress and egress, over
adjacent lands of the p::rties of the first part extending along the
southwesterly boundary of said premises from Bayview Avenue.
Parcel II: beginning at a concrete monument marking the southeasterl
terminal of the southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue and the south-
easterly corner of lot 1 as shown on said map, and rum,ing thence
south 370301 east, 25 feet to a point; thence south 52°30' west, 162
feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomaque
Pond; thence in a northwesterly direction, 26 feet, more or leas, to z -
Point where the southeasterly line of lot 1, as shown on said map,
intersects'the ordinar_J high water mark of Arshamomaque Pond; thence
along the said southeasterly line of said lot 1, north 52030' east,
160 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument and the point or
Place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way for purposes of ingress and egress
to and from Bayview Avenue over the northeasterly portion of the
adjacent lands of the parties of the first part.
