of beginning being 110,0 feet westerly along said northerly line from
a monument at the southwesterly corner of Lot 637, as shown on
poP said map, said southwesterly corner of Lot 637 being also the south-'
ty westerly corner of land of Monks; from said point of beginning running
along said northerly line of"Island View Lane", North 85 degrees
40 minutes 30 seconds West 50.0 feet; thence along other land of the
party of the first part, at right angles to said northerly line, North

thence along said land of Pekunka, North 68 degrees 56 minutes 20
seconds East 55.35 feet; thence along other land of the party of the
first part at right angles to said northerly line, South 4 degrees
19 minutes 30 seconds East 125.94 feet to the point of beginning.
