THIS INDENTURE,rmadethe — day onineteen hundred aadfifty-seven,
BETWEEN GREENPORT SHORES, INC.,. a domestic corporation with an

office at (no street number) Nassau Mall, Hicksville, New York,
party of the first part,and WOODBURY MEADOWS, INC., a domestic corporation
with an office at (no street number) Nassau Mall, Hicksville, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pan,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being®mNe west of the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on ordinary high water mark of Pipes Cove 625
feet southwesterly along said line from the southerly corner of Lot
No. 25 as shown on oldap of Greenport Shores, Section One" dated
February 13, 1950 and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office June 29,
1950 in File No. 1759; running thence southwesterly along said high
water mark about 1000 feet to Pipes Neck Cree$; thence northwesterly
and thence northeasterly along ordinary high water mark of said
Pipes Neck Creek about 1200 feet to other land of the parties of the
first part; thence along other land of the parties of the first part
