BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of Sun—
set Lane marking the southwesterly corner of the lands heretofore
conveyed by the party of the first part to Donald A. Halliwell and
another; running thence north 62 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds
east along the southerly line of:;said land of Halliwell, 105 feet
to a point; thence in a generalsoutherlydirection and on a line
parallel with the easterly line of Sunset Lane, a distance of 75
feet to a point and other land of,the party of the first part;
thence south 62 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds west, 105 feet to
the easterly line of Sunset Lane; :thence northerly along the east—
erly side of Sunset Lane, 75 feet-to the point or place of beginning.
THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED given to correct an erroneous description
in the original deed by and between the parties hereto dated October
2, 1957 and recorded in the office of the clerk of the County of
Suffolk October 3, 1957, liber 4370 of conveyances, page 540,
wherein the beginning point of the parcel therein conveyed was
described as, "Beginning at a concrete monument set on the east—
erly line of Sutton'Flace a •" instead of as correctly recited.
