100 feet in width from east to west.
BEING the carne premises conveyed by deed recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office on October 22, 1937 in Liber 1950, Page 590
made between the County of Suffolk, grantor and A. Wilfred Tuthill,
grantee.

being at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:- Northerly by Long
Island Sound; Easterly by land of William Arnold; Southerly by the
Kings Highway and Westerly by land of said William J. Mills. The
premises above described to have a frontage of One Hundred (100) feet
on the said Kings Highway and the Easterly and Westerly lines to
run at right angles to said highway.
BEING the same premises conveyed by two deeds recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as follows:
(a) Deed dated May 21, 1934 recorded in Liber 2384, Page 118
made by The Proprietors of the Common and Undivided Lands of
the Town of Southold to A. Wilfred Tuthill, and
(b) Deed dated January 10, 1924 recorded in Liber 1092, Page 181
made Vlilliam J. Mills and Fannie N. Mills, his wife,
