having its principal place of business at Main Road, Greenport, Suffolk County,

East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second not,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or panel of land,with the buildings and 4nrprovements thereon erected, situate,
king and being knob near the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly line of Main Road at the
northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of E. E. Johnson, 336.24 feet
easterly along said line of Main Road from the easterly line of Silvermere Road;
running thence along said land of E. E. Johnson, south 1 degree 35 minutes 40
seconds west 615.30 feet to a concrete monument set on the northerly line of land

Long Island Railroad Company south 84 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds west 48.99
