bounded and described as follows: On the East by land now or formerly
of D. Stanley Corwin; on the South by North Road; on the West by land
now or formerly of Percy G. Tuthill; and on the North by the Long Is-
land Sound; said parcel consisting of Lots..3, 4, 5 and 6 as shown on
an unfiled map of Sound Shore property of Young and Talmage made by
Otto W. Van T71, L.S. of Greenport, New York, on April 11, 1925, amend
ed July 14, 1944; said entire parcel having a frontage of two hundred
(200) feet on North Road and the Southwest corner of said parcel being
one hundred (100) feet Easterly from a concrete monument set on the
Northerly side of North Road as measured along the Northerly side of
said road, which concrete monument forms the Southeast corner of land
now or formerly of William Arnott.
