Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BLGINNIidG at a point on the Easterly line of Wood Lane
350 feet South of the southeast corner of the intersection of the
south line of Nanhanset Avenue and the east line of Wood Lane and
�- extending thence along the easterly line of Wood Lane S. 20 55' 00"
W. 100 feet to other lands now or formerly of the party of the second
part, thence S. 870 05' 00" E. 100 feet to landw now or formerly of
Kauffman; thence N. 20 55' 00" E. 100 feet to lands now or formerly of
Inez Fordham; thence N. 870 05' GO" W. 100 feet to Wood Lane and place
of beginning.
This conveyance is given to correct a description contained
in a deed from Inez Fordham to Kenneth R. Trillcott, dated September
16th, 1954, and recorded in the S,ffolk County Clerk's office on
September 22nd, 1954 in Liber 3761 at page 307.
