PARCEL I BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a new road,
" 50 feet in width, to be known as Inlet Lane, said point being 450
- feet southerly along said line from the southerly line of Manhanset
Avenue; running thence easterly at an angle of ninety (900) degrees
with said easterly line of Inlet Lane and parallel with said southerly
line of Manhanset Avenue about 300 feet to the high water line of
Gull Pond Inlet; thence southwesterly along the high water line of
Gull Pond Inlet about 140 et�,,�q, the southerly line of the premises
herein described; thencel(�p saTte7' with the northerly line of the
premises herein described and 100 feet fronT said northerly line, -
measured at right angles thereto, about 200 feet to said easterly
- line of Inlet Lane; thence along said easterly line of -Inlet Lane,
two courses as follows: (1) N. 12029'20"E. 46.45 feet; thence (2)
N.2055'00"E. 54.20 feet to the point of beginning. -
Together with all the right, title and interest of the

to the center line thereof. Also, all the right, title and interest
of the party of the first part in Gull Pond Inlet to the center line

Said Parcel I being the same premises conveyed to Clinton
A. Hommel and Bernice T. Hommel, his wife; the party of the first
part, by Deed from Inez Fordham dated May 10, 1951 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 12, 1951 in Liber 3214 of -
Deeds at page 206.
PARCEL II BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Gull Pond
Inlet formed by the intersection of the prolongation easterly of
- the southerly line of lands of John J. Morris with said easterly _
line of Gull Pond Inlet; running thence easterly in a prolongation

;mark of Gardiner's or Marion Bay; running thence southerly along the
''high water mark of Gardiner's Bay to the southerly line of the premises

3520 of Deeds at page 253 and also by deed from Inez Fordham, dated
5-21-1953 recorded 5-25-1953 in Liber 3520 ep 24d. j
