side of Wood Lane with the northerly side of Bay Road; running thence along
the easterly side of Wood Lane North 2 degrees 55 minutes East 60 feet to
land now or formerly of L'Hommedieu; running thence along said land South
87 degrees 05 minutes East 100 feet to land now or formerly of Biddulph;
running thence along said land South 2 degrees 55 minutes West 60 feet to
land now or formerly of Trilcott; running thence along said land North 87
degrees 05 minutes West 100 feet to the easterly side of Wood Lane at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
