WrMESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Mown of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in a line extending south 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds ,at
from the northwesterly corner of the land now or formerly of the.Harry G. Steinmetz
Estates, which point of beginning is distant 333.75 feet southerly from the said land
of Steinmetz;
running thence south 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west a distance of 75 feet;
thence noith83 degrees Ito minutes 40 seconds west 125 feet;
thence north 6 degrees 19 minutes 2O seconds east 75 feet;
thence south 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds east 125 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
Being and intended to be Lot. 7 and the northerly one-half of Lot 8 on a certain map
entitled, IMap of Greenport.Shores, Section 1B a; prepared by Otto We Van Tuyl,�
licensed land surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed in the Suffolk County Clerkts
Office as Map No 1759 on June 29th, 1950.
Together with a right of ingress and egress over the road or street abutting said
premises to the nearest public highway.
SUBJECT to any state of fact an accurate survey might show.
SUBJECT to public utility easements.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions heretofore imposed by Greenport Shores Inc.
in other conveyances of land located on the same map, as amended by an agreement
dated September 2, 1952 recorded January 22m, 1953 in Liber 3465 of conveyances
at page 356 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York.
