the Suffolk County ClerkTs office Duly 5, 1933 as Map No. 1133.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
part of, in and to the land under the waters of Mill Creek and under the highway
adjoining said premises.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions set forth in a deed from Henry F.
Cortuils and another to Christopher Metz and another dated August 29, 1947 and
