HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 4427 P 238 f LBER4427 FAsEW 1 , 1,,, zhe people of the btate of eetu xvor�„ by the &race of gob, _gree anb 3nbepenbent, TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING: ". ktloW ye, That, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Commissioners I' of the Land Office, adopted September 30, 1957, and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 535 0£ the Laws of 1945, as amended by Chapter 436 of the Laws of 1946, we have given and granted and by these presents do give and grant unto the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK in the State of New York, the owner of the land adjacent to the land here- inafter described, for soil erosion purposes, the following described lands under water, to wit: All those parcels of land, now or formerly under the waters of Long Island Sound, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- PARCEL NO. 1 —Beginning at the point of intersection of the division line between the property of Suffolk County and the property of Sound View Restaurant, Inc. with the high water line of Long Island Sound; said point being north eighty-five degrees, twenty-two minutes, twenty-one seconds west, two hundred forty-one and thirty-three one- hundredths feet from the intersection of the division line between the property of Sound View Restaurant, Inc. and the property of Suffolk County with the northerly line of Middle Road; thence along said high water line, south sixty-two degrees, thirty-six minutes, twelve seconds west, forty and five one-hundredths feet; thence into the waters of Long Island Sound along the prolongation of the division line between the property of Jack J. Levin and Irving Levin and the property of Suffolk County, north thirty degrees, fourteen" minutes, fifty seconds west, ninety-five feet; thence north fifty- nine degrees, forty-five minutes, ten seconds east, forty feet; thence along the prolongation of the division line between the property of Suffolk County and the property of Sound View Restaurant, Inc., south thirty degrees, fourteen minutes, fifty seconds east, ninety-seven feet to the point of beginning; containing three thousand, eight hundred forty square feet, more or less. F PARCEL N0. 2 i _ Beginning at the point of intersection of the division line between the property of Sound View Restaurant, Inc. and t e property of Suffolk County with the high water line of Long Island Sound; said point being north twenty-six degrees, fifty-six minutes, fifty seconds west, eighty-eight feet from the intersection of said division line with the northerly line of Middle Road; thence into the waters of Long Island Sound, along the prolongation of said division line, north twenty-six degrees, fifty-six minutes, fifty seconds west, one hundred twenty-two feet; thence north sixty-three degrees, three minutes, ten seconds east, forty feet to the pro- longation of the division line between the property of Suffolk County and the property of Jack J. Levin and Irving Levin; thence along said prolongation, south twenty-six degrees, fifty-six minutes, fifty seconds east, one hundred twenty feet to the high water line; thence along said high water line, south sixty degrees, eleven minutes, twenty-two seconds west, forty and five one. hundredths feet to the point of beginning, containing four thousand, eight hundred forty square feet, more or less. _ Bearings refer to the true meridian. These letters-patent are issued, however, and this grant is made and accepted upon the express condition that if at any time the land so granted shall not be used for soil erosion purposes or shall be used for any other purpose, the title thereto shall forth- with revert to The People of the State of 1dew York.
