TOGETHER with a right of way over a strip of land approximately 12 feet in width lying between the westerly line of said premises and land of St. Agnes Cemetery. SUBJECT to the right of the party of the first part to introduce and maintain water or other utility pipes through an existing pipe laid at a depth of about 4 feet below the surface along the east- erly portion of the premises adjacent and approximately parallel with Fiddler Lane. SUBJECT to the following restrictions: 1) that no trailers shall be parked or maintained on any part of the premises; 2) that no fences shall be erected on said premises at a greater height than 4 feet; 3) no cows, pigs or any other animal, except domestic pets, shall be maintained on the said premises; 4) all materials used on the outside of any building shall be new materials; 5) all founda- tions must be solid, such as poured concrete or cement block; 6) no outside toilets shall be erected on said premises; 7) not more than 1 dwelling shall be erected on any plot less than 60 feet in width; 8) no building small be erected on any plot within 20 feet of any highway or proposed road, nor within 7 feet of the side lines of any 60 foot plot; 9) no trade or business shall be carried on on the said premises.
