BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Old Mair; Road, distant
1010.00 feet easterly from the easterly side of Chapel Lane when measured
along the northerly side of Old Main Road, which point of beginning is
intended to be the point of intersection of the easterly line of land
now or formerly of Herman A. and Julia Sill and the northerly side of Old
Main Road;
