BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of the Mein Road
(also known as State Route 25) where the same is intersected by
the boundary line between the promises about to be described and
the premises now or formerly of Karol Sled)eski; running thence
along the southerly side of the Main Road (also known as State Route
25) in a general easterly, northeasterly and northerly direction a
distance of 2kOO feet, more or leas, to the lands of the Long Island
Railroad Oompany; running thence in a general northeasterly direction
along said lands of the Long Island Railroad Company a distance of
500 feet, more or lase, to lands now or formerly of Ursula Sledseiski;
running thence in a general southeasterly direction along said lands
now or formerly of Ursula Sledyeiski a distance of 3000 feet, more or
less, to lands not or formerly of Adam Pekuna; running thence in a
general southeasterly direction along said lands now or formerly of
Adam Pekuna and others and through the waters of a certain pond or
lagoon a distance of 2600 feet, more or less, to the tip of
Conklins Point, so called, and the waters of Shelter Island Sound;
running, thenoe in a, general northwesterly and westerly direction
along the shore line of Shelter Island Sound a distance, of 6000 feet;
more or less, to lands now or formerly of Karol .Sled J.eski; running,
thence in a. general northerly,direotion along said lands now or ' -
formerly of Karol. Sled,jeski a distance, of 675 feet, more or less, to
the southerly aide of the .Main Road (also known as State Route.25.)
at the point or place of. beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the following:(I) a portion of the above
describedpremises conveyed by Charles S. Sage and Bertha S.. Garde
to Fred W. Young by deod dated March 21; 1950 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 18, 1950, in Liber 3066 of.

of the District of Middletown, Connecticut, and exemplification of said
Last Will and Testament being recorded in the Office of the Surrogates
Court of Suffolk County, New York, on February 17, 1960, under'
File No, 178 P 1960.
