LIEBLEIN, his wife, residing at I1 Greenport, SuffoSk County, New York, parties of the fust put and FRANK STURM and MARGARET STURM, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, of the same place, parties of the eecood put, WITNESSETH,that the part fee of the first part in consideration of TIN and 00100 olo.o0) D.H., lawful assay of the United States, and other good and valuable consul derations, paid by the parties of the second part do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second pert their heirs and aufgns forever, ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, with the buildings sod improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of item York, bounded and described as follows: BEGLIdING at a point marked by a concrete monument on the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenueand running thence S. 600 23' 20" 9f. 186.42 feet, more or less, to the ordinary highwater mark of Arshamomeque Pond; thence N. 620 17' 20" W. along the ordinary highwater mark of Arshamomaaque Fond 85 feet, more or less, to a point; running thence N. 540 47' 00" E. 205.15 feet, more or less, to a point marked by a concrete monument set in the southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue; thence S. 46o 41t 30" E. along the southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue 95.82 feet to the point or place of beginning. Together with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the porkies of the first part in and to Bayview Avenue, a public street, adjoining said premises. Together with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part in and to the land lying below the ordinary highwater makr.of Arshamanaque Pong, adjoining said premises. Subject to covenants and restrictions of red'ord, if any. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Helmut Hass by deed dated December 12, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 4036 of Deeds at page 65. This conveyance is made and accepted subject to an indebtedness secured by a mort- gage upon said premises held by the Southold Savings Bank which mortgage was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on December 1% 1955 in Liber 2568 of Mortgages at page 39 on which there is an unpaid principal of Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Eleven and 017100 (014,611.01) Dollars , with interest from March 12, 1957 at the rate of five (5e) per centum per annum, Which said mortgage debt the parties of the second part here- by assume and agree to pay, as part of the purchase price of the above described prem- ises, and the parties of the second part hereby execute and acknowledge this Instrument for the purpose of complying with the provisions of Chapter 502 of the Laws of 1938.
