INDENTURE made this twaty-fourth day of December in the year
Ninateen Hundred and Fifty-eight, between THE ANDREW RADED OYSTER COMPANY,
"\ INCORPORATED, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the

State Of NOW York with its principal office in Oyster Bay, County of Nassau
{, 'a in said State of New York, party of the first part, and the SEALSHIPT COR-
PORATION, a corporation organized and existing under the lava of the State
Of NOW York, with its principal office in West Sayville, in the Town of Islip,
County of Suffolk in said State of New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations received to its full satis-
faction Of the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and for-
ever quitclaim Onto the said party of the second part, its auccessore and
assigns forever, all of its right, title and interest in and to the Yellowing
described premises:
Lying in Town Harbor and south-westerly of Mill Creek, and desig- j
nated on map of oyster lots, Peconic Bay, Town Harbor Division, as thirty-
seven (37) acres; being the same conveyed to Alden Solman by William H.
Conklin and Wife by deed dated May 10th, 1899, and recorded in Book 478 of
deeds, page 573 in the Suffolk County Clark's office,

Also the premises described as follows: a triangular plot lying
southerly from Sanford's brick yard and designated On Map of Oyster lots, 4+
Peconic Bay, Town Herb=Division, as seventeen (17) acres; being the same
conveyed to said Alden Solman by Carolina H. Moore, by deed dated January
21st, 1899, and recorded in Book 476 of deeds, page 407, in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office.
Also the premises described as follows: All that certain tract,
piece or parcel of land under water, in Town Harbor, and Lying south-east
of Mill Creek, and located on Map of Oyster lots in Peconic Bay entitled
vTawn Harbor Division^ and designated as fifty-four (54) acres; being the

same conveyed to said Alden Solman by Jessie Boerum and others by deed
dated January thirtieth, 1898, and recorded in Book 467 of deeds, page 454,
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office,
The same are conveyed subject to the conditions, reservations,
stipulation and provision in the original grants of the Commissioners of
Shell Fisheries of Suffolk County, New York, and also to the condition, res-
ervations, stipulation and provisions contained in any of the laws of the
State of New York, applicable thereto.
TOGETHBR with the appurtenances and all of the estate and rights
of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
