BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the
first part by one Evelyn Hudson,'.as grantor, to the parties of the first part, as
grantees, by deed dated November 12, 1952 and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on November 19, 1952 in Liber 3438 of Deeds, Page 491. -
- Said premises are conveyed subject to; (a)Any state of facts as an accurate survey
may show; (b) Covenants, easements, restrictions, agreements andpublic utility
easements of record, if any, affecting said premises now in force and effect;
(c) Typographical changes either actual or proposed, if any. -
And the said parties of the second part covenant for themselves, their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns forever that they will not erect, or cause, -
procure or suffer to be erected on the premises hereby conveyed any buildings other

and one garage for the exclusive use of the occupant of said dwelling, and that
