by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being*K9z north of the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGIN-
NING at a point on the westerly line of Sound Avenue at a point
849.5 feet north of a monument set at the northeast corner of land
formerly of Frederick H. Tasker; running thence in a general
northerly direction along the southwesterly line of Sound Avenue a
distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet; running thence on a line
at right angles to the southwesterly line of Sound Avenue, S. 620
211 30" W. two hundred ten (210) feetto a proposed road; running
thence in a general southerly direction and parallel to the first
course mentioned herein one hundred fifty (150) feet; running thence
in a general easterly direction and parallel with the second course
herein a distance of two hundred ten (210) feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to that portion of Sound Avenue adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
hereto by Edna A. Brown and Samuel Levine by deed dated May 24, 1952
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 29, 1952 in Liber
3359 of deeds at page 262, it being the intention of the party of the
