BEGINNING at a point on the westerly Sine of Inlet Lane 425 feet
southerly along said westerly line from the intersection thereof with
the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue; running thence along the
westerly line of Inlet Lane, S. 20 551 0" W. - 75 feet; thence con-
tinuing along the westerly line of Inlet Lane, S. 120 201 2011 W, -
50.71 feet to a stake at the northeast corner of land now or formerly
of Martocchia; thence in a westerly direction along the northerly line
of "land last mentioned 91.57 feet to a concrete monument and land of
Trillcott; thence northerly at an angle of 90 degrees to the last men-
tioned line a distcnce of 125 feet to land now or formerly of Biddulph;
running thence at an angle of 90 degrees to the last mentioned line
and along the land of Biddulph and parallel to Manhanset Avenue a
distance of 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Maxwell F. Staring and Grace Staring, his wife,
by deed dated August 17th, 1957, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 19th, 1957 in Liber 4347 of deeds at page 202; and by
Robert Olsen by deed dated August 17th, 1957, recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 4347 of deeds at page 200 on August 19th,
