ROSENBERG, residing at East Marion, Suffolk �ounty, New York, �I �_�j1�.,4{....���y�y part y of the Second part, 'offf tootth"" the parties of the Jlret part, in consideration of MMWWM:EN- ------------------------------------------------ ----------- Dollars ($10.00 ) lawful money of the United States, and other good and 'valuable considerations paid by the party of the Second part, do hereby grunt and release unto the party of the Second part, his heirs and assilm forever, all that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of a proposed 50 foot highway to be known as "Robinson Road", said westerly line beginning at a point on the southerly line of Champlin Place 530 feet westerly along said southerly line from Manhanset Avenue and running South 31 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds East 75.0 feet to the point of beginning of the premises; said point of beginning being the southeasterly corner of other land of the party of the second part. From said point of beginning running along said westerly line of"Robinson Road", South 31 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds East 150,0 feet to an iron pipe and land now or formerly of Harry Lyons; thence along said land of Lyons, South 23 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West 150 feet, more or less, to the shore of a dredged canal; thence continuing on the same course through the waters of said canal about 40 feet to the high water mark of Sterling Basin as of 1930; thence northerly along said high water mark, being partly along a strip of meadow, about 235 feet to said other land of the party of the second part; thence along said other land of the party of the'second part, being across said strip of meadow and through the water, of said dredged canal, North 51 degrees 17 minutes East about 75 feet to the - easterly shore of said canal; thence continuing on the name course along said land, 120 feet, more or leas, to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way over said'Robinson Road"from the southeast- erly comer of the premises northerly about 225 feet to Champlin Place.
