Richter and Thelma Richter, his wife, 125 feet more or lees. Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Victor H. Overton and wife to F. A. Max Richter and Anna Emma Richter, his wife, by deed dated August 11, 1926, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1202 of Deeds at page 405 on August 17, 1926.
