Southold, Suffolk County, New.York,
Party of the first part,and ERNEST F. RICHTER and ARTHUR M, RICHTER, both
residing at Greenport; in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, as tenants in common,
party of the second part,
IWITNEWETH,that the party of the first paars rt,in consideration of Ten Dolland other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

as laid out in iota in 1882 and resurveyed in June, 1904, for referee's sale
July 2, 1904, by C. H. Bateman, engineer and surveyor, as and by Lot No. 1,
Said lot being bounded northerly by Front Street, 50 feet more or lees;
easterly by Seventh Street, 125 feet more or lees; southerly by land now or
formerly of George Capon, 50 feet more or lees, and westerly by land now
or formerly of Ernest F. Richter and Thelma Richter, his wife, 125 feet more
or lees.
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Victor H.
Overton and wife to F. A. Max Richter and Anna Emma Richter, his wife,
by deed dated August 11, 1926, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 1202 of Deeds at page 405 on August 17, 1926.
