PRESTON, residing at Middleton Road, Greenport, m Suffolk County, N.Y. and LaGRANT R. CHAPMAN, residing at Robinson Road, near m w Greenport, Suffolk County, N.Y., Parties of the first part, and ABRAHAM B. ROSENBERG, residing at East Marion, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, Witnesseth that the paries of thefirst part,in COnsideratian of TEN . . . . . Dollars ($10.00 ) lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part,do es hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,all that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and describe as follows:- BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southerly line of Champlin Place, 530.0 feet westerly along said southsly line from Manhanset Avenue, said pipe being at the point where said southerly line is intersected by the westerly line of a proposed highway to be known as "Robinson Road"; from said point of beginning running along the westerly line of said"Robinson Roadll, South 31 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds East 75.0 feet; thence along other land of the parties of the first part, South 51 degrees 17 minutes West 195 feet, more or lees, to ordinary high water mark of Sterling Basin; thence north- westerly along said high water mark about 45 feet to other land of tie party of the second part; thence along said land, North 20 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds West 75 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe on said southerly line of Champlin Place; thence along said southerly line of Champlin Place, North 58 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East 216.48 feet to the point of beginning.
