Lot No. 151 on a certain map entitled "Amended Map A of Peconic Bay
Estates" made by Otto Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor of Greenport, New
York, in May 12, 1933, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on May 19, 1933 as Map No. 1124 and which said lots are similarly desig-
noted and numbered on a certain map entitled "Map of Peconic Bay Estates"
Engineer and Surveyor of Greenport, N
which said map was completed by Otto Van Tuyl/on June 6, 1928, and is on
file in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as of July 30,
1928, is Map No. 658. -
