Van Tuyl, C.E., dated on or about December 8th, 1927, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to William H. Skrezec and Betty M. Skrezec by Clarence W. Powell and Lucy Katherine Powell, his wife, by deed dated June 11th, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on June 13th, 1956 in Liber 4147 at page 205. SUBJECT to a mortgage made by the parties of the first part to The First Nai.ional Bank of Greenport, New York, and presently held by Valley National Bank of Long Island as successor by merger to The First National Bank of Greenport, New York, dated June 11th, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on June 13th, 1956 in Liber 2662 at page 370, which the parties of the second part hereby assume and agree to pay. SUBJECT to zaning ordinances of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County New York.
